Moh's FUE System

Introducing Moh’s FUE System, developed by Dr. Moh.

FUE surgical method developed by Dr. Moh Jae-seong

Moh’s FUE surgery (Moh’s FUE System) is a surgical method designed to address pain caused by the surgical position and hair follicle damage caused by head movement.

It completely relieves the shoulder and neck pain caused by lying face down for long periods in conventional FUE surgery, and dramatically eliminates the problem of hair follicle damage caused by the head not being fixed.

Even after a long surgery, there is no pain in the neck or shoulders, and the hair follicle damage rate is very low because the head is fixed and does not shake.

A shorter procedure reduces the time grafts spend outside the body and supports a high graft survival rate.

Advantages of Moh’s FUE System

Moh Hair Transplant Center specializes in follicular unit excision without concerns about scarring or pain.

  • Harvested follicular units arranged in preservation solution

    Obtaining healthy follicular units

The most important thing in non-incision surgery is obtaining healthy follicles. Moh's FUE System is a stable, steady surgical method with a very low follicle damage rate, making it ideal for obtaining healthy follicles. The average follicle damage rate is under 3% — lower than the damage that occurs when separating follicles in the incision method.

  • Harvesting follicular units with a harvesting instrument

    Less time outside the body

A hair transplant should be understood as a kind of organ transplant. The less time follicles spend outside the body, the higher the survival rate. Because it is faster than conventional FUE, follicles spend far less time outside the body when the same number is harvested and transplanted, resulting in a higher survival rate.

  • Trimming the hair at the back of the head

    Large-volume hair transplantation

Hair transplantation via the incision method is limited in volume. The non-incision method, however, can harvest far more hair from the occipital area than the incision method. The more hair transplanted, the fuller the result — and the better the outcome.

  • Slit instruments and implanters on a surgical drape

Scarring and pain at the back of the head

No noticeable scar caused by a strip incision is left at the back of the head. There is also no pain at the back of the head or discomfort lasting several months after surgery.

  • Hairline examined by lifting the hair with a comb

    Fuller hair

Even when the same number of hairs is transplanted, FUE produces a much fuller result because thicker hairs are selectively harvested and implanted.

  • Comparison of unshaven and partially shaved harvesting
