Women’s Hair Transplant

We plan a naturally connected hairline by considering facial proportions, fine hairs, and the direction of existing hair.

Procedure at a glance

  1. Front and side proportions guide a softly connected hairline.

The height of the hairline, its connection to the temples, and the thickness and curl of existing hair are assessed. Any previous cosmetic surgery or future plans are also taken into account to set a line that suits you.

  2. The thickness and direction of fine hairs are considered at the hairline edge.

Fine hairs are selected and harvested as follicular units from the back of the scalp, then placed so the edge does not stand out. Where needed, baby hairs along the side hairline and around the temples are reinforced as well.

  3. Direction and density are planned to blend with the existing hair further back.

Many Korean women have semi-curly hair, so the transplant method is chosen according to each person’s hair characteristics. Whichever of the slit and implanter techniques suits the situation is selected, so that the front hairline continues naturally to the temples at the sides.

Women’s Hairline Correction

The key to a women’s hairline is accurately analyzing the overall characteristics of each patient, such as hair thickness, degree of curl and face shape.

After analyzing each patient’s hair, Moh Hair Transplant Center recommends the surgical method best suited to that patient.
